Speed camera damaged

Baltimore County police had to remove a speed camera from this concrete slab in the 300 block of South Rolling Road after the camera was destroyed by fire around 1:30 a.m. Friday. The camera had been moved to the site only a week earlier from its previous location a few blocks away on South Rolling Road.
