Woman bites off woman's ear during fight

Tionesta Road, 2400 block, 4:05 p.m., Oct. 9. Two women had a fight. One had her right ear bitten off. The other had a cut on her forehead and scratches on her cheek. Both taken to hospital.

Washington Boulevard, 3600 block, 10:30-10:45 a.m., Oct. 8. Woman confronted, punched and dumped bleach and cleaning solution on another woman in Walmart. Chemical reaction produced fumes. Store evacuated. Store manager who intervened inhaled fumes and was taken to hospital. Woman charged with first- and second-degree assault, destruction of property, theft and harassment.

McDowell Lane, 3700 block, between 8:30 p.m., Oct. 7 and 10 a.m., Oct. 8. Residence ransacked. A PlayStation 3 and two video games stolen.

McDowell Lane, 3700 block, between 9 a.m., Oct. 7, and 4:45 a.m., Oct. 8. Air conditioning unit pushed out of rear window of residence. A laptop, three watches and a mini electric motorcycle stolen.

Twin Circle Way, 4200 block, between 6 p.m., Oct. 7 and 2:10 a.m., Oct. 8. Back door of residence kicked in. A TV, three laptops and money stolen.

Virginia Avenue, 2500 block, 11:13 p.m., Oct. 7. A man awoke to three men in his residence going through the dresser drawers in his bedroom. The three stole a laptop, Wii, cell phone, two Ravens jerseys, money and a set of keys. Screen door found destroyed.

Maiden Choice Lane, 1000 block, 11 p.m., Oct. 7. Man with a handgun stole cell phone from two men walking by the Mars grocery store.

McDowell Lane, 3700 block, 6-8:50 p.m., Oct. 7. Rear door to residence forced open and house ransacked. Nothing stolen.

Clover Avenue, 3500 block, 12:30-3 p.m., Oct. 5. Side window of residence broken. Drill, wire cutters and copper wire stolen.
