Baltimore County police have arrested a juvenile and obtained a warrant for a man in connection with a July 5 robbery in Baltimore Highlands.
Two teenagers walking in Baltimore Highlands Thursday night were robbed at knifepoint by two other teenagers, according to county police.
A 17-year-old Baltimore Highlands resident and 14-year-old Catonsville girl were near the intersection of Delaware Avenue and Washington Avenue at 11:45 p.m. when they were approached from behind by a young man and a young woman, police said.
The man, who had a knife, grabbed the 17-year-old around the neck and placed a knife to his throat, police said.
After learning that the 17-year-old had no money, the man stole his hat and shoes, police said.
The woman stole the 14-year-old's cell phone, police said.
