Catonsville Arts and Crafts Festival winners

The 38th annual Catonsville Arts and Crafts festival awarded ribbons to 19 of 56 exhibitors and a gift certificate to the best booth at the Sept. 11 event.

A total of 120 exhibitors participated at the festival, but not all asked to compete for prizes.
