Towson Crime Log: Laptops stolen in two Towson incidents

Theft

Baltimore County Poice report that laptop computers were stolen in two seperate incidents last week in Towson.

The first occurred 11 p.m., Sept. 19 and 6:25 a.m., Sept. 20 in the 400 block of Hopkins Boulevard. According to the police report, someone entered through an open window while resident slept, stole a aptop and left out front door.

The second incident was between Sept. 21 and Sept. 22, times unknown. This theft occurred in the 8400 block of Charles Valley Court, and happened when a car was broken into. The steering column damaged and a laptop stolen from front passenger seat, according to the police report.

In addition to these incidents, the following items were compiled from police reports from the Towson precinct. Our policy is to include descriptions when there is enough information to make identification possible.

Towson

Bellona Avenue, 8400 block, between 7 p.m., Sept. 21 and 3:45 p.m., Sept. 22. Gold 1996 Honda Accord, Maryland tag number KGN879, stolen.

Shelley Road, 800 block, between 11 p.m., Sept. 17 and 8 a.m., Sept. 18. Gray 2003 GMC Envoy, Maryland tag number ADC05H, stolen.

Murdock Road and Bellona Avenue, between 12 p.m., Sept. 12 and 6:24 p.m., Sept. 14. Green 1996 Ford Bronco, Maryland tag number 2AU4456, stolen after car broke down on roadside.

Yakona Road, 1600 block, between Sept. 3 and 5:25 p.m., Sept. 17. Lawn mower and weed trimmer stolen from unlocked shed.

Timonium

Merrie Hunt Drive, 300 block, between 3:30 p.m. and 3:32 p.m., Sept. 18. Several plaid button-down shirts stolen. Police report indicates surveillance camera showed white female, age 15 to 20, with brown hair entering residence through rear unlocked door.

West Seminary Road, 1000 block, between 11:30 a.m., Sept. 19 and 10 p.m., Sept. 20. Electric bicycle stolen. Entry through unlocked side garage door.
