The summer season is in full swing, as is the series of free weekly outdoor concerts in the Catonsville area.
July 19: Westview Park Summer Concert Series continues with the Patapsco Valley Heart of Maryland Barbershop Chorus.
The music sung in four-part harmony starts at 7 p.m. in Westview Neighborhood Park, at the corner of Chesworth and Gilston Park roads.
Music fans should bring chairs, blankets and picnics to the free Thursday evening event, which is sponsored by the Edmondson-Westview Recreation and Parks Council, and the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks.
July 20: Frederick Road Fridays series will feature One Flight Up, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Free show on stage at Egges Lane, next door to the Catonsville Fire Department, 756 Frederick Road.
The Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce series is now in its fifth season.

July 21: Lurman Woodland Theatre weekend series features The Gigs performing classic 1960s and 1970s rock and roll.
The band, which formed in 1966, plays the music of groups such as Beatles, Birds, Jethro Tull, Searchers, Rolling Stones, Doors, Kinks and Commodores, according to the band's website.
July 22: Lurman Woodland Theatre weekend series features Deanna Bogart Band with Bogart playing her legendary boogie piano and sax, as well as blues and R&B.
Saturday and Sunday shows are 6-8 p.m. in the natural setting off Hilltop Road on the Catonsville High School campus.
Fans should bring chairs or blankets. Bench seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Food and drinks available for purchase or fans can bring their own.
No alcohol, grills or pets.
Donations accepted to support the annual summer series.
