Hand him a souvenir mallet purchased at one of the shops in Harborplace and a complementary duck bill noisemaker from Ride the Ducks and let the mayhem ensue.

Snack-snatching seagulls: Keep a firm grip on your pretzels and crab cakes.

A long walk off a short promenade: Watch your step. Along the Harborplace promenade there's no barrier to keep daydreamers from walking straight into the potentially toxic water.
