Don't be fooled, however. You can still find almost everything you need here. There's The Bead for your clothing needs, Tomlinson Craft Collection for your eclectic decorating needs, and Gordon's Booksellers for your reading needs. Then there's a Hair Cuttery, a Giant, a Radio Shack, a Ritz Camera, a Rite Aid, a bank, a flower shop, and an optician.
In addition, Casa Mia's Pizza and Subs offers gourmet pizza that's dripping with cheese and yummy toppings, including spinach, mushrooms, and even ziti. The pizzeria also delivers to a limited area -- just call 410-467-0596.
And, right across the hall, there's the fantastic Rotunda Cinematheque twin movie theaters with comfortable seats and weeknight bargain prices.
With the speed at which businesses pack up and leave the city for suburban rolling greens, it's a wonder that The Rotunda is still open and attracting customers. Papered-over shop windows and "Retail Space for Rent" signs are a sad testament to urban decline.
