Q&A with Sheila Dixon

What was the hardest lesson you've learned so far?
"Allowing others to take me off my focus and losing faith at key points in my life. That has made a difference in falling or moving to a higher level."

What's a fact about yourself that will surprise people?
"I'm really a shy person, and I'm a softy. Not that I can't be stern and hard and disciplined, but I'm really a softy."

What do you do to relax?
"Working out for me is a form of relaxation. I love to go to the movies. I like the Landmark Theatre. I get popcorn and a glass of wine."

Your (other) dream job would be ...
"To be an ambassador to an African country."

What's on your playlist?
"'Suit & Tie,' by Justin Timberlake. Some of Adele's songs. I have a whole variety of oldies as well."

What is your favorite book?
"Purpose Driven Life."

What's your favorite vacation destination?
"Key Biscayne outside of Miami."
