Lifetime has tapped Bravo Media exec Eli Lehrer as head of unscripted development.
Lehrer will move to Lifetime as senior veep and head of non-fiction development starting July 8. He'll be based in Los Angeles and report to Lifetime programming exec veep Rob Sharenow. Gena McCarthy will continue to oversee Lifetime's current non-fiction programming slate and report to Sharenow. Lifetime's reality slate at present includes "Dance Moms" and "Project Runway."

Lehrer climbed the ranks at Bravo during the past five years, most recently serving as head of development. He's shepherded such series for the NBCUniversal cabler as "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," "Flipping Out, " "The Millionaire Matchmaker" and "Tabatha's Salon Takeover."
Before Bravo, he worked for VH1, ABC News and Artists Management Group.
