Kings of Leon have cancelled all dates of their 2011 tour because the lead singer, Caleb Followill, is suffering from "vocal issues and exhaustion."

The announcement was made Monday by tour promoter Live Nation.

The band had been scheduled to perform at Jiffy Lube Live August 9 as part of the 30-city tour. Tickets bought online or by phone will be refunded automatically; others can be refunded whereever purchased. Jiffy Lube Live started offering refunds today.

The US tour will not be rescheduled because of the band's international tour schedule, the statement said.

The cancellation comes after Followill abruptly left the stage and his bandmates at a Dallas show without giving much explanation. On Twitter, bassist Jared Followill wrote, "I can't lie, there are problems in our band bigger than not drinking enough Gatorade."

The pre-sale for the Kanye West and Jay-Z shows at 1st Mariner Arena and Verizon Center in Washington starts today.

The two were scheduled to perform on Sept. 29 at the Verizon Center and on Nov. 1 at 1st Mariner Arena. But the Washington date has been changed to November 3.

French trio Yelle, led by the hyperkinetic singer of the same name, announced a new tour last week that includes a handful of American shows. She performs at Sonar on December 7. Ticket information was not available with the announcement.

The new Silver Spring theater the Fillmore has announced more upcoming shows, including: the Trey Anastasio Band will perform October 13; Moby will perform October 26; and Mac Miller will perform December 1. Tickets for these show go on sale Friday; price is available on Ticketmaster.

The venue will have its grand opening September 15 with a performance by Mary J. Blige. Cost? A neat-o $89.50.
