No. 22 -- Windup Space( Gene Sweeney Jr, Baltimore Sun / May 7, 2008 )
As its name suggests, the Windup Space is where you get your night started. It may be the best place in Station North to do so. Specializing in local punk bands, it's hard not to get a jolt of adrenaline watching them play, even if you're kicking back a few brewskis. At midnight, it's time to go some place else -- Club Charles, for instance down the street. But without Windup as an appetizer, the night might not end as well. --Erik Maza
