No. 4 -- Cat's Eye Pub( Kenneth K. Lam, Baltimore Sun / March 24, 2010 )
The Cat's Eye stands for all that's great about historic Fells Point: The mix of rough-and-tough old-timers and yuppies, the daily lineup of sharp bar bands and the snug, wipe-but-don't-scrub decor. There is live music every night of the week, and thousands of odd trinkets and souvenirs cover nearly every square inch of wall space. Under the guidance of Tony Cushing Jr., a second-generation owner, the Cat's Eye has a fresh lease on life. -- Sam Sessa
