Pictures: Baltimore's 50 best bars 2010
Fall always seems to usher in big changes on Baltimore's bar scene. New watering holes open and some old favorites close. It's a good time of year to take stock of Charm City's colorful nightlife -- from neighborhood dives to ritzy lounges. We've counted down the city's 50 best bars. Bottoms up!
List compiled by Erik Maza and Sam Sessa of Midnight Sun and Richard Gorelick of Dining@Large.

No. 50 -- Waterstone
This is the scrappy old lesbian bar Coconuts, converted last year into Waterstone -- a pretty tavern for the under-served western edge of Mount Vernon. Time will tell whether it can succeed without a clearly defined personality. -- Richard Gorelick

So, I saw this list and thought..I have to check out the #1 bar in Bmore, the Laughing Pint. Wow, come on man. The food was over salted and the drinks weren't anything special, nor were the prices. If you're in Canton, hit Fin or Looney's. In Fed Hill, Stalking Horse or Mothers are great local choices.
