Pictures: Frank Zappa back in Baltimore
Avant garde musician and composer Frank Zappa, a Baltimore native who died of prostate cancer in 1993, will be honored with a statue outside the Highlandtown library. The bust of Zappa will be dedicated Sept. 19 during a weekend-long celebration that will include live music by Zappa's son, Dweezil; a symposium organized by Zappa's widow, Gail; and an art exhibit.
