Alfred Hitchcock's muses
Alfred Hitchcock had a type: Cool, refined, intelligent, stylish, ladylike and usually blond. If his leading lady didn't fit that description when he cast her, he made sure to mold her in that image by the time the film came out.
The new movie "Hitchcock" reveals a less famous muse: His wife and partner, Alma. It looks into their relationship while he was filming what became one of his most famous films: "Psycho," starring Janet Leigh and Vera Miles. |
