'Diner'

Converting North Charles Street to a movie set brought Christmas decorations to a block near Mount Vernon place. Jim Rick, a city electrician, raised some of them (pictured) for the shooting of the film "Diner" in which Barry Levinson's script recreates a slice of his teen years at Forest Park High School.
