After the concert was canceled because of organizational problems, FIRE was sued by Evo Merchant Services, a credit card payment processing company, seeking $1.8 million to cover its losses, which is why FIRE turned around and sued Swift and her management company, the Austin, Texas-based Messina Group, E! reported.
Swift's rep told TMZ on Tuesday that she never made a deal with FIRE and had yet to see the lawsuit. The singer was in London on Wednesday to perform at the 2013 Brit Awards, which also saw a performance from her ex Harry Styles' band One Direction.
