Miley Cyrus' latest shock treatment: Straddling a 'Wrecking Ball'

Want to see Miley Cyrus naked? Well, she wants you to, if her video for "Wrecking Ball" is any indication.

Backed by dramatic lyrics that suggests a love gone wrong, the video has the 20-year-old writhing on the ground in bikini underpants and a cropped tank, suggestively licking and stroking a sledgehammer and, yes, riding a wrecking ball au naturale, except for a pair of boots.

Fiance Liam Hemsworth must be so proud.

Oh, wait, she's not wearing her engagement ring in this video. Hmm...

This is the same Miley who on Saturday performed "We Can't Stop" on a German TV show, "Schlag den Raab," with a backing band made up entirely of little people — including one woman who let the former Hannah Montana slap her on the behind as she little-twerked.

And yes, this is same the Miley who reportedly twerked her own self right off the cover of Vogue, according to the Mail on Sunday, which reported that Anna Wintour axed the pop tart from the December issue of the mag.

"Anna found the whole thing distasteful," a source told the paper, referring to Cyrus' lewd, latex-wearing display at the MTV Video Music Awards. "She decided, based on Miley’s performance, to take the cover in a different direction."

That after having shot photos for the December cover, the paper said, where she was to be touted as a new fashion icon.

Now, not so much.

Guess you have to wear something to be considered a fashion icon?
