HOLLYWOOD HILLS (KTLA) -- Fire officials are investigating a fire at the Hollywood Hills home of Oscar-winning actor Jack Nicholson.

Dozens of firefighters rushed to the home on the 7300 block of Woodrow Wilson around 8 p.m. Friday.

According to online property records, Jack Nicholson is listed as the owner, but he does not live there.

Two firefighters were reportedly injured and taken to a hospital for treatment.

Actor William Tynan, who co-starred in "The Two Jakes" with Nicholson, was apparently in the home when he smelled smoke and called 911.

Fire investigators say the fire appears to be accidental.
