13 locales that should be on a foodie's bucket list
Bucket lists. The to-do lists that one sets up to tackle before they pass this plane of existence. We all have one, whether it's written down or in the back of our minds. Only you would know what's on it, but let's hope some of these destinations are on them. According to the Daily Meal, these are spots that will enrich one's palette in their own distinct ways. So set your time line and make it happen.

Lima, Peru
Lima might just be the culinary capital of South America. Bright and tangy ceviches, papas rellenas, spit-roasted chicken, alpaca steaks, spicy and fried cuy (guinea pig), the classic Pisco sour, and a traditional salted meat dish called lomo saltado fill plates (and glasses) of Lima's visitors and denizens alike.
