That cake was a fitting end to a meal full of delicate flavors and interesting textures. The meal left us very thankful that Saigon Remembered is back — hopefully, this time to stay.

Back story: This local Vietnamese favorite closed its Govans location in 2011 and reopened in the CranbrookShopping Center in Cockeysville in November.

Signature dish: The Saigon Golden Crepe is a delicate, eggy pancake filled with shrimp, pork, chicken and bean sprouts, and served with a savory fish sauce for dipping. Don't be shy about eating with your hands.
