That cake was a fitting end to a meal full of delicate flavors and interesting textures. The meal left us very thankful that Saigon Remembered is back — hopefully, this time to stay.
This local Vietnamese favorite closed its Govans location in 2011 and reopened in the CranbrookShopping Center in Cockeysville in November.
