A live show that blends comedy, singing and cooking is filming at Germano’s Piattini on Friday and Saturday night this weekend.
The Cabaret at Germano’s will host the “Wiseguy Musical Comedy Live Show,” an interactive dinner show that centers on Vincent Fiore, known as the Wiseguy Chef.
During the show, Fiore tries to prepare Italian-American cuisine with help from several assistants, all while mixing in songs from Frank Sinatra to Elvis.
The Germano’s shows will be filmed and later pitched to PBS and other networks as part of a larger Wiseguy Chef TV series.
Executive producer Chuck Bowers described the show in an email to The Baltimore Sun as “‘The Sopranos’ meets The Food Network.”
Tickets are $67.10, which includes a three-course dinner, tax and gratuity. Each show starts at 6 p.m.
