Ekiben, Blacksauce Kitchen to host pop-up with ode to Baltimore chicken box at Union Craft Brewing Friday

Asian-fusion comfort spot Ekiben and Blacksauce Kitchen, best known for its fluffy biscuits and unique combinations, became local favorites while on the city's farmers’ market scene long before opening their own brick and mortar shops in Fells Point and Remington, respectively.

But tomorrow, they return to their pop-up roots for a one-time event that’s been months in the making, according to Ekiben’s Facebook event page.

Ekiben and Blacksauce Kitchen will combine their culinary talents for a flavorful collaboration hosted at the Union Craft Brewing with sounds from DJ Daniel Biltmore, craft beers, and a toothsome menu, which will feature "their ode to the Baltimore chicken box.”

The event will happen rain or shine.

If you go

Attend Blacksauce and Ekiben’s pop-up at Union Craft Brewing, 6 p.m.-10 p.m. Friday. 1700 Union Ave, Suite D. For more details, visit Ekiben’s Facebook page.
