While Rogue 24 chef/owner R.J. Cooper continues to recuperate from open-heart surgery, his chefs friends are showing up with their knife cases, one week at a time. The Washington, D.C. restaurant is calling the series of collaborations, which are headed into their third week. the <a href="http://articles.baltimoresun.com/2012-01-13/entertainment/bal-spike-rogue-woodberry-kitchen-rogue-sessions-20120112_1_bryan-voltaggio-chef-cooper">Rogue Sessions</A>. Each evening features a 24-course dinner consisting of 12 of the visiting chef's dishes and 12 Rogue 24 favorites. Bryan Voltaggio took the first Rogue Session, and this week, the guest chef is <b><a href="http://findlocal.baltimoresun.com/listings/woodberry-kitchen-baltimore">Woodberry Kitchen's</A></b> Spike Gjerde. Tickets for Gjerde's Rogue Session, which are $185 a pop, are on sale at the <a href="http://www.giltcity.com./dc" target=new>Gilt City</A> website.
