Critic's Picks: The Prime Rib
Everything connects and every voluptuous moment of the Prime Rib experience combines into an evening of absolute enjoyment. Precision-cooked steaks, infallible service and a carefully maintained atmosphere are the basics. The something extra is brio. The dining rooms, for the record, are about as kitsch as a Thoroughbred, which is to say not at all. Try beautiful. --Richard Gorelick
