Doing business: B&O American Brasserie
Thomas Dunklin came aboard as chef this year, bringing fresh new ideas to what has become an indispensable downtown gathering spot not only for conventioneers and travelers but for the home crowd, too, who arrive in couples and large, lively groups. At lunch, when captains of industry rub shoulders at B&O, the main dining room in this handsomely appointed restaurant turns into the city's water-cooler.--Richard Gorelick
