Starting January 2012, Volt is introducing a few changes in its hours of operation, pricing, menus and reservation procedures.
Tuesday dinner service is being added. Volt will now be open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday nights. Lunch service, which has been daily, is being trimmed down to Saturday and Sunday only.
Chef Bryan Voltaggio will now be offering a four-course fixed-price ($80) menu in the main dining room alongside the chef's tasting menu. The a la carte menu is going bye-bye.
A snack and light fare menu will remain available at the bar and lounge on Tuesday through Friday nights. Reservations are not required at the lounge, which will seat on a first come, first served basis.
Still in place every night for dinner -- the six-course Kitchen Menu and the Table 21 option.
Volt is taking reservations now for the entire month of January, including Table 21.
I bet you could get a Tuesday night reservation in January if you called them right now.
