Tuesday dining specials: Two-Some Tuesday at Vino Rosina

Vino Rosina in Harbor East has launched a new Tuesday night special that they're calling Two-Some Tuesdays. The offer is a $45 three-course menu in the dining room The first course is a choice of three salads, the main course is either sous vide half chicken or tofu parmesan and dessert is a choice of molten chocolate cake or sous vide fruit. Here's the thing: That fixed price also includes a bottle of wine.
Vino Rosina also has brightened up its happy hour with a menu of bar bites, including a crab cake sliders, bison nachos and the 16-legged sliders with house ground pork, lamb, bison and beef. Four white, four reds and a sparkling wine are poured for $4, and there are good deals on draft and bottled beers ($3-$5) and house cocktails ($7).
On Nov. 17, the restaurant is hosting a Unibroue Beer Dinner, with a four course menu by executive chef Sajin Renae featuring pairings with Quebec's famed Unibroue beers. The main course is confit duck leg, sweet-potato parsnip hash, thyme, confit shallots and chocolate port sauce.
Vino Rosina opened in the summer of 2010 with Top Chef alumna Jesse Sandlin as executive chef. Renae took over earlier this year when Sandlin left. The front bar at Vino Rosina showed up twice on the 100 Baltimore's Best Bars lists, once on the top ten bars for after-dinner cocktails and again as one of Erik Maza's overall top ten critic's choices.
