I didn't recognize the name Genji, but, of course, they're the sushi sellers within Whole Foods stores. Here's the pitch: "If you are working on any stories about healthy summer food treats, please consider covering Genji Sushi¿s three new Tiki Snackers, pictured here and available at your local Whole Foods. The Tiki Snackers come in three varieties: Spicy Popcorn Shrimp, Roast Beef and Wasabi and Roasted Vegetable, and all three varieties feature Genji's new zesty edamame hummus."

ABOUT THE BLOGGER

Richard Gorelick was appointed The Baltimore Sun's restaurant critic in September 2010. Before joining the paper staff fulltime, he contributed freelance criticism and features articles about food to area and regional publications. He takes restaurants seriously but not himself, and his favorite restaurant is the one you love, too.
