One of the projects in David Chang's family of restaurants, Momofuko Milk Bar is loved for its cookies, breads, cakes and most of all for its Crack Pie -- a gooey butter filling in a toasted oat crust. There are now five Momofuko Milk Bar locations in New York City, plus another in Toronto, in addition to a mail-order business.
