The service will not only deliver Stuggy's specialty hot dogs but a selection of house-smoked wings, chorizo burgers and pizza, too. There's a $20 order minimum and a flat $5 delivery fee.
Among the other delivery options are Snickers, Skittles, Frosted Mini-Wheats, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Aleve, Pepto-Bismol Chewable Tablets -- and, yes, home pregnancy kits.
For Ryan Perlberg, who co-owns Stuggy's, as well as its neighbors Rye and Willow, the service is a natural reflection of his love for Fells Point. "We look at our neighborhood through our own eyes and we love what we see. We are treating Harbor East and Fells like a campus."
As the service's users make requests, the sundries list will keep growing, according to Perlberg. (I suggested clean socks and Fancy Feast.)

"We are operating this business like an independent record label," Perlberg said. "We encourage people to try food and spirits that they haven't tried before." Phase two and three of the service will be items from CVS and Whole Foods. Included with deliveries will be fun facts about Baltimore and Maryland and cocktail recipes.
Regular delivery hours are between 5 p.m. and 3 a.m.
