Chris Clune's Restaurant Week menu at b is simple and focused. There's an appealing balance of choices among the six entrees - a roasted flounder with creamy polenta, veal bolognese, braised bison short rib and, for vegetarian diners, butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter and Parmesan coulis.
