Cafe Cito( April 30, 2014 )
Cafe Cito (3500 Chestnut Ave., 443-682-9701) opened on May 1 in the Chestnut Avenue space in Hampden that was formerly home to Roland Park Cafe and Deli.
The 30-seat cafe serves a menu of salads, sandwiches, charcuterie and cheese along with prepared dishes like spring vegetable paella. The owner and chef is David Sherman, who was behind Nasu Blanca, an ambitious restaurant in the Riverside neighborhood that served an intriguing mix of Japanese and Spanish food.
