The National Aquarium has announced the lineup for the fifth season of the Fresh Thoughts Sustainable Seafood Dining Series.
This year, chefs from Laurrapin Grille (Havre de Grace), the Oregon Grille and Fleet Street Kitchen are headlining the series, which focuses on sustainable seafood choices available in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Each dinner features a cocktail reception with regional wines and a cooking demonstration led by the guest chef, followed by four-course dinner created for the event. The event concludes with a nighttime stroll through the Aquarium.
Fresh Thoughts dinners are held on Feb. 5 (Laurrapin Grille), March 19 (Oregon Grille) and May 21 (Fleet Street Kitchen) at the National Aquarium, 501 E. Pratt St. Tickets are $79-$99. Call 410-576-3869 or go to www.aqua.org.
