Nancy Longo , the chef and owner of Pierpoint in Fells Point, was a charming guest this morning on the CBS Early Show's. She appeared as part of show's "Taste of America" tour.
Longo explains the makings of the perfect crab cake. She begins by ripping apart a whole crab apart (because everyone makes crab cake this way) and demonstrates how to make both a classic version and her famous smoked variation.
