Former chief waitress Marguerite Schertle, 98, came out of retirement to be interviewed in the tea room for director Lillian Bowers' <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="0100000004593864" title="Documentary (genre)" href="/topic/arts-culture/genres/documentary-%28genre%29-0100000004593864.topic">documentary film</a> "Not a Lady Among Us."   As she ran her hand across the table after the film interview, she said, "Tell the girls in the back of the restaurant to wash these tables. They're sticky!"
