For the first time in festival history, Tapas Teatro, which up until this year had been the unofficial gathering spot for festival guests and attendees, won't have the festival right next door at the Charles Theatre. "We don't know what to expect this year," said manager Helmand Karzai. "It's usually the kickoff to the summer. But we're hoping that people will stick to their routine between movies." To help that happen, the restaurant will open at 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
