Dining tips for Wednesday, Aug. 21; Waterfront Kitchen's cognac cruise

As of this morning there were still some spots left for Waterfront Kitchen's "Dinner and a Cruise" event tonight, which will feature pairings with cocktails made with Hennessy cognac.

Each Dinner and a Cruise event begins with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the Fells Point pier next to the Waterfront Kitchen. Guests then board either the 104-foot 'pungy' schooner Lady Maryland or the 50-foot Chesapeake skipjack Sigsbee for a 90-minute guided cruise down the Patapsco River.

After the cruise, guests return to the restaurant for a multi-course dinner prepared by Jerry Pellegrino.
