"Decanted. A winemaker's journey," a documentary created by a Baltimore production house, premieres in Baltimore Tuesday night at the Senator Theatre.
The film will be shown at the Senator, located at 5904 York Road. The screening includes a wine tasting prior to the premiere at 6 p.m.
The 78-minute documentary, directed by Nicholas Kovacic of Baltimore's Digital Cave Media, follows the growth of a new winery, Italics Winegrowers, and examines what it takes to make it in Napa Valley's wine industry.
Kovacic was also behind the 2014 feature documentary "Brewmore Baltimore," which chronicles the history of beer through Baltimore's beer industry.
Tickets for Tuesday's premiere, $35, are available here.
The tasting includes wines from the wineries featured in the film, including Italics Winegrowers, Covert Estate, Azur Wines and Reynolds Family Winery.
