The chef changes in Harbor East are piling up.

On Wednesday, Julian Marucci officially took over executive duties at Pazo. He will remain the executive chef at Cinghiale. Both restaurants are in the Foreman Wolf restaurant group.

The Bagby Restaurant Group has announced two promotions at its Harbor East restaurants. Nate Magat, formerly the chef de cuisine at Ten Ten American Bistro, is now the executive chef at Fleet Street Kitchen.

And John Hufnagel is now the executive chef at Ten Ten Bistro. Hufnagel was formerly the sous chef at Cunningham's, Bagby's restaurant in Towson.

A native of the San Francisco Bay area, Magat trained at the beloved restaurant Delfina, after which he moved to the East Coast. Magat has worked in such Washington restaurants as Zaytinya, Oyamel Cocina Mexicana and Blue Duck Tavern, before coming to Baltimore to work at Woodberry Kitchen, where he was chef de cuisine.

A graduate of Baltimore International College, Hufnagel has worked in such Baltimore kitchens as Henry's Bistro, Tark's Grill and City Cafe.

And Jonah Kim has officially left Pabu, the Japanese restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel, a spokeswoman for the hotel has confirmed.
