Charleston places fifth on Open Table list of America's top 100 restaurants

Baltimore's own Charleston restaurant came in fifth on the Open Table 2013  Diners' Choice Award winners for the Top 100 Best Restaurants in America. According to Open Table, a provider of online restaurant reservations, the awards reflect the combined opinions of more than 5 million restaurant reviews submitted by verified Open Table diners.
