The Maryland Foods Pavilion is debuting a new sandwich in 2012, said Doug Henley, co-owner of the Mount Airy-based Convenience Catering, which operates the pavilion's pit beef and seafood counters. It's the Crab Patty, a crab cake topped with a soft-shell crab. It sells for $12.
