Promoting a "design-your-own-meal" concept, Bang Bang lets customers select from a list of proteins and vegetables, season their dish to taste and watch it as their meal is seared on Bang Bang's signature circular grill. The Bowie Bang Bang is Baltimore's second. The first Baltimore Bang Bang opened in February in Canton. |
