Who's open and closed during the snow? (DAVID HOBBY / Baltimore Sun / February 11, 2006)

The overnight snowfall has prompted a flurry of snow-day specials from some Baltimore restaurants and bars. Other establishments have announced that they will be closing for the day.

On Monday, these restaurants and bars put out word about their plans. But check back with the individual establishments to make sure:

Amicci's in Little Italy emailed its followers that it would be open for lunch and dinner.

The Admiral's Cup wrote in to say that it was staying open until 2 a.m., with a live band.

Anastasia wrote in to say that it was opening for dinner.

Blue Agave Bistro in Federal Hill tweeted, "Each inch of snow gets u 2 percent off drinks measuring each hr starting @ 11 when we open ALSO free shot if ur wearing a mask or beads."

Blue Hill Tavern in Canton tweeted, "Happy snow day Baltimore! To keep everyone safe we will be closing for lunch."

Cunningham's tweeted, "We will be opening at 5pm! Come stop by for Happy Hour! 50% off select wines & beer, $5 cocktails, and food specials!"

Dooby's wrote in to say it was open for lunch and dinner. The Mount Vernon restaurant is serving pork belly donburi (rice bowls) $2 beers at dinner.

Golden West Cafe tweeted, "The sidewalk is shoveled and the coffee is brewing! We are opening at 11am! Come to our Monday Brunch Party and enjoy specials all day!!"

Hamilton Tavern, "We will be open at 4:30 for Burger Night!"

Hudson Street Stackhouse tweeted, "OPEN AT 1! JUST TAPPED: ALVINNE CUVEE FREDDY 2012 BATCH #3."

Johnny’s in Roland Park tweeted, "Johnny's is taking a ! We’ll be open tomorrow at 7AM. Have fun in the snow…be safe.

Langermann's in Canton posted this update on its Facebook page: "Who has been doing the snow dance this season? We will be closed for lunch service today and will update about dinner service later today. We wish everyone a safe and fun day!!"

Linwoods in Owings Mills tweeted, "Linwoods will be OPEN for DINNER tonight!"

Luigi's in Hampden tweeted, "Due to the snow and that our bakery was closed, Luigi's will be closed today."

Midtown BBQ & Brew tweeted, "Don't worry, Midtown is always open! Soup-Black bean. Venison sausage, Fish & Chips, Fish Tacos, Roastbeef & brie and Mozzarella sticks."

Milk and Honey Market in Mount Vernon tweeted, "We are open. Come enjoy a mocha."

Miss Shirley's tweeted that all of its locations were open today.

Nottingham Tavern in Columbia tweeted, "Sorry folks we are closed for lunch. IS WINTER OVER YET!?"

Pete's Grille tweeted, "We are open for business as usual today."

Slainte Irish Pub in Fells Point tweeted, "Mother Nature can't stop us!"

SoBo Cafe in Federal Hill tweeted that it was closed for lunch but was planning to open at 5 p.m. for dinner.

Talara in Harbor East tweeted, "Hey folks we will be closed tonight and we will reopen tomorrow at 4pm. See you then!"

Tapas Adela wrote in to say it was opening for dinner.

Tark's Grill tweeted that it was opening for lunch and dinner.

Towson Hot Bagels tweeted that all three of its locations were open on Monday.
