Submitted by Lisa Harlow of Baltimore This pie combines Hershey's chocolate bars, chocolate chips and chocolate hazelnut spread along with a graham cracker cookie dough crust and roasted marshmallow Peeps. Your family and friends will keep coming back for smore! Ingredients: Cooking spray 1 stick butter (softened) 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup flour 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 teaspoon baking powder 20 Peeps 1/2 teaspoon margarine 4 whole (1.55 ounce bars) Hershey's chocolate bars, broken into rectangles 3/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella) 1/4 cup chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 pie pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar together until combined, then stir in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, graham cracker crumbs and baking powder. Meanwhile, in the microwave, melt 10 Peeps and the margarine in a small bowl in 10-second intervals until very soft. Mix together to form a fluff-like consistency. Press half of the dough in the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan. Spread the Peep fluff over the bottom crust. Next, layer the Hershey bar pieces. Then spread out the chocolate hazelnut spread. Place the remaining Peeps on top. Place the remaining dough on top of the pie, allowing the Peeps to stay above the crust. Sprinkle the dough with chocolate chips. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. The Peeps will resemble roasted marshmallows. Remove pie from oven and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting. Tastes even better the next day!
