The Baltimore dining scene lost five of the men who had helped to shape it. Baltimore said goodbye to Phillip Rizas, the owner of Fins on the Square; Vincent Rallo, owner of Rallo's in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100603012000" title="Locust Point" href="/topic/us/maryland/baltimore-county/baltimore/locust-point-PLGEO100100603012000.topic">Locust Point</a>, Brice Phillips, founder of a Maryland-based seafood empire, Jesus Perez Goenaga, a founder of downtown's <b><a href="http://findlocal.baltimoresun.com/listings/tio-pepe-restaurante-baltimore">Tio Pepe</A></b> restaurant who as its pastry chef created desserts, and Morris Martick (pictured).
