Baltimore said goodbye to Phillip Rizas, the owner of Fins on the Square; Vincent Rallo, owner of Rallo's in Locust Point, Brice Phillips, founder of a Maryland-based seafood empire, Jesus Perez Goenaga, a founder of downtown's Tio Pepe restaurant who as its pastry chef created desserts, and Morris Martick (pictured).
