Must we choose? TV's All-Time Funniest seems to think so. To pick between Homer Simpson and Cliff Huxtable for the title of TV's funniest father would seem to ignore the unique qualities of both characters. We may never know a definitive funniest mother, funniest relative, funniest neighbor, funniest friend, funniest boss or funniest co-worker (the other categories explored; winners were determined by Nielsen polling). But a number of stars -- Brad Garrett, David Hyde Pierce, Rue McClanahan, Valerie Harper and Rainn Wilson -- will discuss the possibilities (8 p.m.-10 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2).
MOONLIGHT // 9 p.m.-10 p.m., WJZ, Channel 13 / Beth (Sophia Myles) learns more about Mick (Alex O'Loughlin) and his secret past when the grandson of Mick's World War II buddy is kidnapped. CBS.
20/20 // 10 p.m.-11 p.m., WMAR, Channel 2 / Diane Sawyer talks to a woman who truly never forgets. ABC.
DOCTOR WHO // 9 p.m.-10 p.m., SciFi / The Doctor (David Tennant) and Donna (Catherine Tate) find out some devastating truths about the human race when they visit the home planet of a race of telepathic slaves.
MAN VS. WILD // 9 p.m.-10 p.m., Discovery / Bear Grylls demonstrates how to survive in Namibia, one of the hottest, emptiest, most barren places on Earth.
BATTLESTAR GALACTICA // 10 p.m.-11 p.m., SciFi / Roslin (Mary McDonnell) and Starbuck (Katie Sackhoff) find it hard to trust old foes.
THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO // Actor Harrison Ford; actor William Moseley; Carly Simon performs. (11:35 p.m., WBAL-11)
LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN // Journalist Barbara Walters; actress Cobie Smulders; illusionists Penn & Teller. (11:35 p.m., WJZ-13)
