Though the band has not released an official album, the members recorded three songs and submitted them for consideration for the soundtrack to the new film Empire of Debt. They met Addison Wiggin, author of the book on which the film is based, during a gig at the 13th Floor. Writing music for a film they haven't seen was tricky, Pugh said.

"We're sort of operating in a vacuum," Pugh said of the movie. "We've read the book and talked with Addison. It's like, 'Go and write the songs and see what happens.'"
