"Carnage" has no time for those diversionary tactics. Taken from Paris-based Yasmina Reza's internationally popular comedy "God of Carnage," the film proceeds, as its director puts it, in real time and "without the slightest ellipse." True, some wordless footage filmed in a Brooklyn, N.Y., playground begins and ends the picture.
